Official Giveaway Rules

1. Eligibility

Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia (excludes Alaska and Hawaii) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of DadGum Paddles and their immediate family members are not eligible. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, or Meta, and participants release these platforms from all responsibility. Attendance at the World Pickleball Expo is not required to enter or win.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The promotion begins 9/20/26 and ends on 10/15/26 as determined by the sponsor. All entries must be received by the end date to be eligible. The Grand Prize will be on display at the World Pickleball Expo on October 15, 2026, and one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected after that date.

3. How to Enter

Visit the DadGum Paddles Instagram (@dadgumpaddles) or Facebook page; follow the page, like the Giveaway post, and tag a friend in the comments along with your best DadGum moment on the court. Each unique comment with a tagged friend counts as one entry. (Tag as many friends as you like, one per comment.) Entries are accepted on either platform’s giveaway post.

4. Prize

One (1) winner will receive the DadGum Legend prize package below. No cash alternative or substitution of prizes permitted except at the sole discretion of the sponsor. The prize package includes:

5. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place after the sweepstakes period ends. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email and/or social media message within 7 days of the drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days, an alternate winner may be selected. By entering, you agree to these terms and that we may announce your handle if you win. We will never ask for payment or personal information to claim your prize.

7. Privacy

Personal information collected through this giveaway will be used only for administration of the sweepstakes and will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law.

8. General Conditions

The sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes. All decisions of the sponsor are final.
