WARRANTY COVERAGE
THE DADGUM "SMOK'EM WARRANTY"
If your paddle fails because of a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it.
If you wore the spin off because you were smoking opponents every weekend… that just means you’re playing it right (and unfortunately we can't cover that).
LIMITED 12-MONTH PERFORMANCE WARRANTY
All DadGum paddles include a 12-month limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery.
This warranty covers structural failures caused by defects in materials or workmanship during normal play.
If a qualifying defect occurs within the warranty period, DadGum Paddles will repair or replace the paddle with the same model or the closest available equivalent.
What IS Covered:
Paddles may qualify for warranty replacement if they experience manufacturing-related structural failure, including:
Structural Issues
• Face separation or delamination
• Core separation
• Structural cracking of the paddle face or frame
• Core crushing resulting in abnormal dead spots
DadGum Channel Issues
• Channel separation from paddle body
• Adhesive failure of channels
Edge Guard Issues
• Edge guard separation
• Edge guard adhesive failure
Handle Issues
• Handle breakage during normal play
• Loose butt cap
• Internal handle vibration or rattling caused by structural failure
• Handle foam structural collapse
All claims are subject to inspection and approval by DadGum Paddles.

What Is NOT Covered:
Pickleball paddles are performance equipment and will naturally show wear from regular use.
The following conditions are not considered manufacturing defects:
Normal Wear & Tear
• Loss of surface grit or spin texture
• Cosmetic scratches, paint wear, or graphic fading
• Edge guard scuffs or scraping
• Grip wear or unraveling
Impact Damage
Damage caused by impact, including:
• Hitting the ground
• Hitting fences or net posts
• Paddle throwing or slamming
• Contact with another paddle
Environmental Damage
• Exposure to extreme heat (such as leaving paddles in a car)
• Water damage or moisture exposure
• Warping caused by improper storage
Modifications
• Damage caused by aftermarket edge tape or lead tape
• Drilling or structural modification
• Altering the handle or grip construction
Expected Paddle Lifespan
DadGum paddles are designed for competitive recreational and tournament play.
Performance surfaces and spin textures will naturally wear over time with regular use.
Loss of spin texture alone does not indicate a manufacturing defect.
Warranty Claim Process
If you believe your paddle has a manufacturing defect:

Submit a claim through the DadGum Warranty Form on our website

Upload clear photos of the issue

Provide your order number
Our team will review claims within 3–5 business days.
If the claim is approved, we will provide instructions for replacement or return of the paddle.
Replacement Terms
• Warranty replacements do not restart the warranty period
• Replacement models may vary based on availability
• Customer may be responsible for shipping costs associated with replacement
Abuse Clause
DadGum paddles are built for playing hard — not for smashing on the court.
Damage caused by intentional abuse or misuse is not covered under warranty.
Play hard. Talk smack.
Just don’t take it out on the paddle.
