REFUND POLICY

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be:

• Unused

• Unwashed

• In original condition

• Returned with original packaging

Returns that show signs of use, court wear, or damage will be denied.

Important:
Paddles that have been used for play are not eligible for return. If a paddle has been used and develops a defect, it may qualify under our 365-Day Limited Warranty.

Fees

Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund.

Paddles
Unused paddles returned within 30 days:
$10.95 return shipping fee

Apparel & Merchandise
T-shirts, hats, towels and other merchandise:
$6.95 return shipping fee

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Wrist Bands

• Pins

• Stickers

• Used products
